Why can’t I update a fuel price?
Price updates are available when location access is enabled and you are close enough to the selected station.
Why does a price look outdated?
Fuel prices may be community-reported. The app shows when a price was last updated or confirmed.
Can I use Fuel App without creating an account?
Yes. Fuel App can be used as a guest. Some profile features require signing in.
How do EV chargers work?
Switch to EV mode to view charging locations and available charger information.
Permissions
- Location: nearby stations, navigation-related features and proximity checks for price updates.
- Camera: fuel price scanning and optional profile photo capture.
- Photo library: optional profile photo selection.
- Notifications: optional app notifications and alerts.
